Through personalised training sessions, you will work on mobility, balance, strength and explosiveness specific to kitesurfing (or any other water/board sport). Whether it's for a specific sub-discipline or general fitness, my approach adapts to your individual needs. Are you not on location? We can also work online. The method is not as important as the goal set and the way to get there.

Workshop
Kite-Motor
This is my original formula training course, designed for kitesurfers who want to improve their sporting level not only on the water but also off it. Introducing the concept of motor preparation for kitesurfingso that you learn what to train and how to train and what to focus on. The emphasis on theory will give you a better understanding of the whole concept, but this workshop is all about practice!
You will get to know sensorimotor training, which is based on coordination, stability, balance work, body feel and strengthening the key areas responsible for board and kite control. It's an out-of-the-box core workout as well as injury prevention!
In addition, you have the option of learn tricks! I have with me kiterooming, that is, equipment mounted in such a way as to give us the feeling from the water. I will teach you board-off, rotation or freestyle! Depending on the particular edition of the workshop, the programme may vary slightly.

For whom? For kitesurfers sailing independently and wanting to make progress.
Objective: Strengthening the body for kitesurfing - balance, core, coordination.
Effects: Better body feel, confidence in manoeuvres, less risk of injury.
Form: approx. 3 hours (theory, warm-up, sensomotor training and kiterooming)
Where? I will announce the location and dates on a regular basis (3-4 weeks before)

Because I combine sportsmanship with knowledge and experience. As an active World Cup competitor in freestyle, big air and oldschool, I know what progression, pressure and injuries mean - and how to deal with them. I specialise in sensorimotor and motor preparation for board sports, so I help you train smarter, not just harder. I work with passion, attentiveness and a concrete plan.
